Information
Direct drive vertical up-draft cooler. Unit comes complete with starter, air cooled aftercooler, heavy duty air filter and protective devices for high discharge temperature and high pressure shutdown. 5-year warranty on air end, coupling and motor.

COMPRESSOR: Hercules oil flooded rotary screw, continuous duty, industrial air compressor. Five-year air end warranty. ELECTRIC MOTOR: 230/460 volt Nema T-frame, C-face, open drip proof squirrel cage induction type. Five year warranty. MOTOR STARTER: 460 volt, full voltage magnetic starter with 120 volt controls, Nema 1 enclosure, fused transformer and three-phase overloads with external reset. COUPLING & DRIVE: Compressor is flange mounted to C-face for positive alignment and direct driven by zero maintenaince coupling which carries a Five-year warranty. AIR INTAKE FILTER: Oversize multi-stage dry type with replaceable element. SEPERATOR TANKS: ASME coded 175 PSIG tank, relief valve, minimum pressure check valve, high efficiency replaceable oil separator element, fluid level sight indicator and vented fill cap. COOLING SYSTEM: Air cooled with air cooled aftercooler, spin on oil filter and factory filled with P-45 synthetic lubricoolant. CONTROLS: Full modulation, solenoid controlled for smooth lowest possible no load power. Automatic start/stop or constant speed timed dual control. INSTRUMENTATION: Air pressure gauge, hour meter and discharger temperature gauge. PROTECTIVE DEVICES: Class 20 overload relay, high temperature and overpressure shutdown switches and anti-restart pressure switch preventing start while air compressor is pressurized.
